I've spent 9+ years building products — from mobile banking apps at First Tech Federal Credit Union to Matchmaking at Betterhalf.ai, to leading product and engineering at early-stage startups. But somewhere along the way, I stopped just building for companies and started building my own things. In the last year, I went heads-down — no job title, no team — just me, a laptop, and a clear problem to solve. I built: - Sutraha — a platform connecting the global yoga community with teachers, retreats, and accommodation in Mysore. Built solo, end to end. - Synclaw — an AI agent orchestration system where autonomous agents execute tasks on a Kanban-style board. Built it because I needed it. Now it powers my own workflows. - WhatsApp Automation Gateway — monitors WhatsApp groups, identifies leads, and auto-lists events on Sutraha. Zero manual effort. I didn't build these with a team or a budget. I built them fast, with AI, with creativity, and with a bias toward what actually works. Now I'm taking those same skills to founders and small teams drowning in manual work, duct-taped processes, and tools that don't talk to each other. Building Strikee — bookkeeping-first software for snooker, pool, and multi-sport clubs across India. Most clubs in tier 2, 3, and 4 towns still run on paper registers, calculators, and WhatsApp notes. Cash goes missing, customer khaata (credit) is impossible to track, and owners have no real picture of their numbers. Strikee replaces all of that with simple table billing, customer credit tracking, split payments, and a daily cashbook that actually ties out at closing time. I'm building this as someone who ran a snooker club in Gujarat for two years — not from the outside. I lived the messy register, the disputed bills, the "I'll pay tomorrow" khaata. Strikee is the tool I wish I'd had. Currently in beta with real clubs. Founder doing a bit of everything: product, code, design, and talking to every single owner myself. Made in Mysore.
