Plenful leverages modern AI to automate manual administrative work in healthcare, such as document processing, claims management, and more. I architected Plenful's healthcare AI workflow automation platform and ML features (e.g. NLP / LLM models), built out the engineering team, iterated with customers, and grew the company from zero to product-market fit to millions in revenue and fundraising (via Bessemer Venture Partners and other top-tier healthcare VC funds).
TensorCase is a vertical SaaS AI platform to streamline workplace investigations, e.g. tasks such as evidence analysis, report drafting, and more. I incubated TensorCase from the ground up, built out the AI platform, iterated with customers, and drove the company to product-market fit, profitability, and cash-flow positivity.
