Managing cardiopulmonary bypass operations for pediatric cardiac surgeries under supervision
Assisted in adult and pediatric cardiac surgeries including CABG, ASD, VSD, MVR, DVR, and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries (MICS). Operated and managed cardiopulmonary bypass systems under supervision. Managed VA and VV ECMO for adult, neonatal, and pediatric patients. Assisted in heart and lung transplant retrieval procedures. Handled advanced circulatory support devices including IABP, VAD, and Cell Saver. Participated in neonatal and infant cardiac surgeries. Monitored anticoagulation, ACT levels, and hemodynamic parameters during bypass. Worked closely with surgeons, anesthetists, ICU teams, and nursing staff!
