Led a team of 100+ diverse organizers to host the world’s largest hackathon for underrepresented genders. Advised and strategized in areas of sponsorship, event logistics, technology, hacker and organizer experience, and design for marketing.
Directly managed a group of diverse organizers on the Experience Team and spearheaded the effort to increase participant retention and establish an enjoyable experience for over 2,000 attendees at a hybrid hackathon.

Worked on the Server Development Platform team under the Core Developer Productivity department to provide a platform with custom software & tooling which makes developing software at MongoDB a seamless experience. Scoped and implemented the programmatic generation of docker-compose.yml files with necessary scripts and topology for testing suites, in order to allow developers to better test MongoDB processes with little strain on their existing workflow.
Collaborated with engineers on the storefront platform analytics team to build software that captures and collects data related to customer interactions on Chewy.com. Led and documented an initiative for our storefront to accurately identify visitor sessions, which enables stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Worked on the Site Reliability Engineering team to improve observability and automation in CI/CD pipelines. Automated monitoring throughout deployment, which ensures that the pipeline will either deploy successfully or automatically fall into rollback. Redesigned Jenkins pipeline to run modular steps through cloud-scale tools such as AWS, Terraform, and Docker.
