► Led the UX design of the VSOC (Vehicle Security Operations Center) platform 'xNexus,' enhancing risk detection and compliance for software- defined vehicles. Played a key role in securing UD Trucks, Japan, as VicOne's first major client through successful international collaboration. ► Played a pivotal role in the development of the OTA (over-the-air update) platform 'xSUMO' for Foxtron, enabling seamless control over update scheduling and deployment, successfully implemented in the Luxgen n7 model. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to fine-tune edge scenarios, enhancing operational efficiency. ► Developed 'Smart Cockpit Protection Solutions,' delivering comprehensive protection for the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system and associated vehicle mobile app, first showcased at Consumer Electronics Show 2023.
► Conducted extensive user research and stakeholder discussions to identify pain points and improve user experience, resulting in the successful launch of our all-in-one partner portal website, Circle. ► Led the redesign of our cloud-based management app, Nubula, and conducted thorough usability testing to validate workflows and interfaces through multiple iterations, resulting in a 25% increase in user satisfaction. ► Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to manage and deliver a wide range of digital projects on time and within budget, including Quick Start Guides, product banners, platform websites, and mobile apps.
