o Initial contact for customer complaints. CSE is the interface between the customer (Renault Palencia-Valladolid Assembly, Stellantis Madrid, Nissan Ávila, Iveco Valladolid) and CONTINENTAL AG CORP. with more than 18 factories Worldwide involved (France, Romania, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy…) o Coordinate actions at the customer plants. CSE coordinates and surveillance, sorting actions ,reworks , flash operation in customer plants. o Pre-analysis at the Customer plant. CSE does a pre-analysis shared with our customer about an issue involving a Continental part o Complained parts registration at the customer plants. QN and disruption can be recorded in CQTS (SAP) by CSE. o Coordination. Continental plant will inform customer plant an issue-alert involving a Continental part. CSE will be the SQF support in Customer plant.
o Responsible of the coordination of the transferts (outsourcing-reintegrations) of the stamping dies (tools, checking fixtures,...), according to Renault standard. Reporting with direct contact and creating links with all the services affected: Logistics: contracting transport, insurance, planning construction for coverages. Quality: Documentation km 0, and PSW. Purchasing: Selection of supplier with best ratio in TdC. Tracking with customer + supplier. o Modifications of product-process, RFNM (Request for next model), quotations and feasibility in the cyclelife, with CATIA V5 for stamping, documentation in LUP, monitoring and application of DEVOs (Dossier Evolution). o Preparation of notebooks and requests for the purchase of tools and raw materials for the project BFB (Megane IV) and HFE (Kadjar). o Management of the Renault ECO plan and industrial tests in projects X87, HFE, and BFB, for the stamping processes. Deploying the Yarikiri matrix, common tool of the Nissan-Renault Alliance.
o Monitor the status, set timings and verify all documentation (PPAP, APQP) for 391 CD project (Ford Mondeo 2015) cockpit, instrument panel and center console of the vehicle in plastic injection parts. o Monitoring and following up, national and international suppliers. o Validate the reports from Ford - IAC quality and product engineers, presenting action plans and approvals PSW to Ford. o Daily progress reports Project Quality Manager Europe o Overview of the pieces without PSW to raise the alerts 11Q in FORD Motor Company. o Establish tolerance agreements according to Ford specifications supporting the DRL + GD&T.
o The application of knowledge, skills and techniques to effectively and efficiently execute projects: tests and trials, Plannings, Qualities, Industrial Costs breakdown. o Tracking and control of processes: casting, machining, cutting presses, sanding, polishing, degreasing, Electroplating, Painting, Mechanical assembly and compatibility, Metrology ... o Full maintenance of ISO 9001 with internal and external audits. Introduce the company to potential customers: flowchart, and evaluation of suppliers. o Design and calculation of molds. o Provide the customer quotations (modifications or new projects). o Direct contact with customers and automotive suppliers, with daily reports in English: MAGNA STEYR (PSA Peugeot) - Project: "Shifter (ballast + insert) Peugeot Rcz", Faurecia (Volvo) - Project: "Handle" Volvo XC60-80, Fehst Project: Housing Bentley Continental, Fujitsu - Project : vandal plates ATMs, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances ... o Develop of R&D Projects. o Develop of technical reports, technical instructions and Feasibility Studies. o Management teams and calculation according MTM (tables OIT). o FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, IMDS, MSDS, REACH, ROHS, KAIZEN, 5WHY, AQL, CPK, Ishikawa, lean manufacturing, project plan layout...
