Being involved from day one in Morrisons' massive Evolve Program—a complete legacy replacement in favor of the full Oracle Retail Suite (v13)—remains one of the proudest milestones of my career. This wasn't just a standard implementation across ORMS, ORTM, ORPM, and EBS; it was a masterclass in custom enterprise architecture. In fact, when the client required the ability to modify an item’s cost and price within a single screen—a capability that didn't exist in native Oracle Retail—I designed and led the team that successfully merged core elements of ORMS and ORPM to make it happen. 🛠️ As the lead coordinator driving the ORMS track, my contributions spanned: 👥 Team Leadership & Governance: Coordinated the ORMS stream across all project lifecycles.
