Working in a constantly challenging atmosphere for one of the fastest growing e-commerce business in its sector (opening new branches every year all over the world, with already 7 in Asia), I was performing the following activities for the SEA & ANZ market: - Preparation of management information and analysis from source data, providing pre- alerts, deviations analysis and ad-hoc advisory. - Responsible for timely and accurate monthly reports, annual budgets, cash-flow forecasts, VAT returns and Profit Tax completion. - Coordination of all aspects of relations with third parties , carrying out year-on-year external audit processes. - Implementation and control of the ERP SAP for the Asian subsidiaries. - Involved in Business Planning, P&L, Balance sheet & liquidity planning. - Overseeing all aspects of internal financial controls, defining or executing corrective or improvement actions or SOPs where needed. - Managing an effective credit control process and continually drives on accounts receivable. - Managing multicultural teams providing continuous training, feedback and coordination to different departments. - Ensuring that business and finance practices are in compliance with accounting principles, tax and legal regulations of each country.
Working as a financial manager of the local office under the supervision of the Regional Controller. The position involves the following functions: • Guarantee compliance with accounting, tax and social obligations. • Monitor balances and accounts. • Manage the treasury and supervise the level of need for funds. • Control collections and payments. • Preparation of monthly sales and billing reporting. • Manage the relationship with accounting and tax advice in the country.
-Verify and analyze the risk of each sale transaction. -Analyze the types of risk and fraud existing in the different markets according to the buyer's profile -Prepare monthly sales and fraud reports. -Control and reduction of existing fraud.
