- Credit Intermediation services franchising. Franchisees coordination, assistance and motivation. - Management and control over the franchisees numbers. - Problem solving between the franchisees and our business partners/product providers (Banks, Loan Companies, Insurance Companies...). - New franchisees Training (Economy and Finantial Markets, Client Prospecting, Personal Loans - Product & Best Practices, Practical Approach to the Business and Role Play)
- Financial Products training (both In House and Remote) to the whole sales network (+1000 people) - Coordinating a team of local financial products specialists - Talks about savings and managing money for students. - Preparing powerpoint presentations and videos tutorials on finantial products and related legislation
- Meet clients from all around the world (mostly from Portugal and United Kingdom),inside and outside the office, to help them with any issues related to their bank accounts. - Promotional campaigns among the portuguese communities all around the UK.
- Managed 3 Fixed Income funds, mainly High Yield, based on market and news flow, Bloomberg analysis, research and talks/meetings with counterparties. - Monitored and analysed current holdings on a daily basis. - Main responsible for the flashnotes – Colecting and review the notes off all BPI funds in a monthly basis; Worked on the design and content selection of the notes with the marketing team.
- Integrated a team inside the biggest portuguese telecom responsible for the coordination of the technical teams in the main implementation projects. Despite being a summer intern, during the last three weeks replaced the project manager of the most important project at that time.
