In charge of monthly calculation of supplementary gains and the company's back margin, allocating this margin to each store and business unit, thus being able to report the stores, regions, zones, business unit and the organization's P&L. Managing the firm's official KPIs reports, such as, sales, profitability, LFL, etc. Responsible for the company's sales and margin budget for 2026 objectives. Also in charge of designing a budget control tool to monitor its implementation. Ad - hoc reports and analysis for the CEO and CFO regarding sales, profitability, commercial development and stores performance.
Responsible for calculating the supplementary gains and the company's back margin derived by negotiations with suppliers. I was able to incorporate many variables into the firm's profitability report in order to improve its accuracy.
