Strong expertise in lung cancer. Involved in Phase I through III clinical trials, both as clinical investigator and as medical director/global medical lead. Chair of the Publication Scientific Committee. Experience in general management, team leadership, business development and medical interactions with regulatory agencies, such as FDA/EMA/PMDA/TGA
Provide critical and scientific evaluation of projects. Provide therapeutic experience for the successful management of clinical projects. Support local and international clinical trials. Develop protocols, write/oversee clinical study reports and journal articles. Provide medical advice to Safety Unit, Clinical Operations, Data Management and Biostatistics. Ensure compliance of medical activities with internal Quality Control procedures according to GCPs and local/international regulations. Provide Medical Monitoring support to Oncology projects. Act as the medical reference and medical monitor and provide guidance to internal/external Clinical Project Team members to ensure adherence to study objectives and timelines.
General multispecialty Hospital with 100 beds. Oncology Service with 15 inpatients beds and 8 individual boxes for chemotherapy treatments. Hospitalization unit for inpatients with different oncological malignancies. Care to patients in terminal stage. Broad contact with the ER department attending oncological patients who come to the Hospital and decide on their hospitalization as well as course of tretament. Outpatient multidisciplinary care unit, from diagnosis to treatment of all cases of tumors in the catchment area, with special focus on lung and head & neck cancer, as well as colorrectal and other solid tumors. Planning different chemotherapy schedules, managing acute and chronic side effects. Experience in intratecal and intraperitoneal administration of chemotherapy. Attendance and participation in various multidisciplinary Committees of tumors set out in the Hospital. Member of the Hospital Commission on managing high-risk medication.
Hospitalization unit with attention to inpatients with different oncological malignancies. Care to patients in terminal stage patients. Care in outpatient multidisciplinary, including first visits, successive results, revisions and planning of chemotherapy treatment as well as other type of treatments. Attendance and participation in various multidisciplinary tumors Committees set out in the Hospital. Participation in clinical sessions.
Wide clinical experience in all ER cases of a general hospital and also in secondary medical transports in mobile ICU .
