• Managed and supported Computer Systems Validation activities, including development and execution of Computer Validation Master Plan/Software Quality Assurance Plan, User & Functional Requirements Specifications, Design Specifications Installation, Operational & Process Qualifications, Factory & Site Acceptance Tes, 21 CFR Part 11 Activities, among other. • Led the contractor's Computer Systems Validation activities for a new multimillion pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that includes systems design, qualification, and documentation for CIP/WIP, Purified Water Distribution, and Waste Control Systems using a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and a Data Historian Server for systems process, event, and alarms data management. The new system's architecture combined data servers, process, and utilities I/O servers, industrial computers, workstations, and programmable logical controllers. • Completed a full ER/ES Assessment of all major computerized systems installed at the Manufacturing, Packaging Lines, and Utilities areas under FDA Guidance for Industry on 21 CFR Part 11, providing conclusions, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Managed and supported Computer Systems Validation activities, including development and execution of Computer Validation Master Plan/Software Quality Assurance Plan, User and Functional Requirements Specifications, Design Specifications Installation, Operational and Process Qualifications, Factory Acceptance Test/Site Acceptance Test, 21 CFR Part 11 Activities, among other. • Led the Computer Systems Validation Services (Validation Plan, User, and Functional Requirements Specifications, Detail Design Specifications, Requirements Traceability Matrix, and Qualification Protocols) for two Building Management Systems controlling and monitoring the production of sterile and non-sterile areas. • Managed a team of six validation specialists responsible for providing commissioning and qualification support to the Equipment Qualification Project. Primary responsibilities include personnel assignment and evaluations, project invoicing, change orders, preparation of letters of understanding, and all other administrative matters related to the project. • Represented the company at bids meetings and prepared proposals for new Computer Systems Validation projects.
