Head of Operations pillar within the Consumer & Trade Marketing organisation of JTI Belux. Lead of a team of 40 staff members within 3 main area's : - Customer Service & Sales Logistics - Operational Planning - Field Force Belux
Development and implementation of our strategic business plan for the Convenience Market with the purpose of realizing the objectives in terms of volumes, profit and market share. Start up, coach & further develop the Covenience salesteam (12 teammembers over 2 hierarchical levels. Key Account Management towards wholesalers, Makro/Metro, Intermarché, new subchannels and signboard GB Express (ultra convenience stores)
Development of tools, business plans and best practices for the different business drivers, in support to the field force & key acount mgt-team in order to realize our business targets (growth volumes, market share, customer satisfaction, ROI). Draw up of promo- & budgetplans for the Inbev key-brands in applied to all the subchannels within off-trade (retail, convenience market, drink centers). Coordination role within Inbev's operational flows (marketing, sales, demand mgt, production, planning, procurement, innovation-cell) Coaching & development of 3 Trade Operations responsibles (young graduates / campus recruitment) coordinating all operational promotional processes (concept/idea, promotion technique, briefing agencies, route to market, communication on POS-level, promo-evaluation,...etc.) Winner of the "Global Commercial Award" via the project "Mobile Beer Rack" within the business driver "Secondary Placement".
People Manager : monitoring, coaching and development of a team of 6 sales representatives and 1 Customer Service associate. Area with on the one hand a stong Inbev market share (Brabant) and at the other hand a strong presence of competition (Limburg) > coaching of "service" and "hunter" profiles. Key in function : preparation and coaching of sales team for the important switch from a market led by exclusive contracts towards a free market (with focus on strength of brands).
