As a bilingual HR professional with 20+ years of multi-faceted experience in HR management and team leadership, my role is to lead Talent Acquisition with a primary objective of profiling, attracting and recruiting for competitive advantage. As a people leader, I was responsible for leading a North America based team across a full lifecycle recruiting model to help provide J&J with a competitive talent advantage. Maintained knowledge of the competitive talent landscape and leveraged this knowledge to serve as a trusted partner when translating complex business strategies into actionable hiring outcomes. Tracked and assessed team performance using critical metrics and predictive analytics, while keeping an eye on emerging talent priorities and Service Delivery opportunities. Led the execution of local Diversity strategies in partnership with key HR and business stakeholders.
As part of the Senior leadership team, I was accountable for shaping the market recruitment strategy and leading the overall recruitment function. Ensured that resourcing capabilities are in place across all touch points of the recruitment spectrum and built strong relations with key stakeholders to influence strategic decisions impacting Talent acquisition. Nestlé YOUth Initiative is one of the key initiatives I led to support Nestlé Canada in helping young Canadians fulfill their ambitions and positively contribute to the growth for the Canadian market and Nestlé.
Supported my internal clients (including the office in Montreal) with all HR related matters, ranging from employee relations to recruitment to people development.
Led the HR and organizational development activities within the Infant Nutrition business group; diagnosed organization performance, developed and implemented development plans to build needed human capabilities and support the business growth across the market.
Played a vital role in restructuring the resourcing unit by implementing new tools & renovating most of the procedures, to become the Center of Expertise for the entire market.
