A data driven Psychology graduate with a keen eye for detail and data analysis. I have a strong passion for research and lab work; and have been exploring the interplay between identity and decision making. My previous projects include workplace perception, grant administration, and other research administrative tasks. I have most recently entered a direct care role, to understand the practical situations in which data is gathered as well as implement research-based methods. Having a data-driven mind, I approach each project with structural, multivariate modeling, and machine learning skills. I believe decision-making and trends should be informed and sound; and I am passionate about identifying and delivering the numbers to support innovation.
