I am Vice President of Enterprise Technology Strategy at Cotiviti, where I set enterprise strategy across AI, data platforms, interoperability, and enterprise architecture. I advise executives and boards on technology investment, risk posture, and competitive positioning in regulated environments. I have led enterprise AI research and delivery since 2017 and was an early pioneer of Generative AI and large language model solutions in healthcare analytics. I serve as the enterprise AI strategist and subject matter expert for Cotiviti’s AI Governance Board and have been trained as an AI Governance Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I have authored AI governance and policy white papers at the request of the U.S. Healthcare Leadership Council to advise the U.S. Senate and Congress on governance, regulation, ethics, safety, risk, security, transparency, and economics of AI. I received machine learning and ethical AI training through Google’s Advanced Solutions Lab. I have led strategic ownership of Cotiviti’s flagship data and analytics platforms and directed R&D across payment integrity, risk adjustment, and population health. I represented Cotiviti in the COVID-19 Health Care Coalition Analytics Working Group and led development of national pandemic response analytics, including the COVID-19 Hidden Outbreak Tracker, recognized with Fast Company World Changing Ideas (AI and Data), a Stevie Award for Technical Innovation, and a Forbes feature for pandemic response impact. Led portfolio-level execution across multiple cross-functional delivery organizations and shared services, improving transparency, alignment, and cadence across the value stream. Established AccessData’s first Program Management Office and built the cadence, governance, and portfolio controls for a $100 million annual engineering portfolio. Led a team of development project managers and managed ten concurrent programs across fifteen geographically distributed Scrum teams. Reduced technical debt accrual by 80 percent and increased aggregate engineering velocity by 200 percent, generating more than $3 million in savings within one three-month release cycle. Improved quarterly scope control by 10X and delivered critical features required to close multiple multi-million-dollar Fortune 100 deals, while enabling first-to-market delivery recognized by Gartner as a Leader in E-Discovery.
Modernized application lifecycle management and delivery tooling by deploying and governing enterprise ALM systems and migrating the engineering environment to Microsoft TFS 2013. Owned corporate and product strategy for a white-label marketing technology company, including business model design, market and competitive analysis, pricing, strategic planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle leadership. Led strategy for longitudinal consumer behavior analysis, prediction, and modification, and designed B2B analytics offerings across customer engagement, retention, SEO, and SEM. Increased customer satisfaction by 40 percent through quality management and support redesign and supported expansion to a national footprint and international presence across seven countries.
Led delivery of the Frontline C4 leadership and team development program, integrating management and organizational behavior with experiential learning across project execution and organizational change.
