I have over 9 years of working experience in the construction industry - building services ranging from site experience & project management to consulting work experience. I have had involved in a wide range of HVAC projects including but not limited to Tropical HVAC Design, manufacturing industry, healthcare facilities, residential projects, commercial project, schools etc. I aspire to be a professional engineer with strong believe that good engineers shall have the passion to continuously seek to improve themselves, focus on delivering quality works and last but not least, be a team player.
General Responsibilities: • Analyses, designs and manage HVAC design projects in accordance with National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and Northern Territory Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) design standards. • Performing building heating / cooling load calculations with HAP software. • Preparation of technical documentation including but not limited to equipment schedules, safety in design checklist, cost estimation, project specification etc. • Preparation of technical drawings with AutoCad and Revit. • Attendance in site inspections and project meetings, and preparation of site inspection reports. • Review of documents and contractors’ shop drawing submittals.
General Responsibilities: • Established standards and procedures that complied with engineering principles and statutory requirements for the installation, quality control, testing and commissioning and inspection of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, cleanroom system and other systems. • Performed engineering calculations for the design of HVAC system, cleanroom system and other systems according to project requirements and statutory requirements. • Developed project specifications and determined the materials, equipment, and layout of plant and systems (via AutoCad) for projects according to engineering principles and statutory requirements. • Planned, managed, and oversaw the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC system, cleanroom system and other systems, and ensured the quality of works and Health and Safety at construction sites complied with engineering principles, clients and statutory requirements. • Organized and managed manpower for projects and liaised with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
