Greater Nottingham
Had only 2 years experience as a qualified Pharmacist at the moment since 2014. Worked as a locum once qualified covering South and South East of England. Always eager trying to find challenge and learning wherever it may comes. Taken on managerial role by 2015 till 2016. It was a fantastic opportunity, experience and had a great time. Awarded a 'Good' competence for the pharmacy in the duration of the management, quite pleased with it. However, require to relocate with my family due to family reasons. Now currently doing regular routine relief manager cover in Midlands.
A calmer branch in comparison to previous, runs by an experienced team and with great potential. Due to its' location where lack of parking for patients to stop. The branch suffers greatly from this, which leads to its low level of passing trade. However, the branch is situated near to one of the local surgery and numerous care home facilities. In the duration since March 2018, we managed to establish a good relationship with most of the local surgeries which encourage referral of patients to us, increased our care home's portfolio from one to five homes and managed roughly 70 to 80 self-medicated MDS patients.
This is a very busy branch which mainly based on regular and walk-in patients, as situated next to the town's surgeries. It was a challenging task in the duration when took over, with the branch ran without a manager for a long period of time due to personal circumstances, which lead to disorientation and subsequently increases the stress-level within the team and furthermore, two experience member of the team decided to leave due to the undesirable work environment and better opportunity arises elsewhere. Despite of the disadvantages, I took on the challenge. Gradually working with the team and managed to pull and rally the team to work together to achieve a better standard and working environment for the pharmacy.
Relieving on a routine schedule for four branches in the area.
