About

I believe the best workplaces are built on people who feel seen, supported, and set up to grow. I am a fourth-year Human Resource Management student at SUSS, and the founder of equipABLE, a social enterprise advancing workforce inclusion and equitable employment for persons with disabilities in Singapore. My work sits at the intersection of HR, DEI, and community, and that is exactly where I want to be. As co-founder of DEMYS, I built onboarding and training systems from the ground up, mentored interns through project-based learning, and drove cross-functional collaboration across a lean startup team. Those experiences taught me that good people practices are not a nice-to-have. They are what make or break a team. Beyond the startup world, I serve as Chairperson of 1SUSS, SUSS's community of student voices, and previously led HRMIG as Chairperson, where I restructured the organisation, built sub-committees, and grew a connected HR community through events, study sessions, and initiatives that hit 200+ merchandise orders. I also facilitate peer growth circles with Growth Collective SG across IHL communities, and volunteer weekly with Operation Honour at Mercy Centre Singapore, coordinating outreach and festive celebrations for migrant workers. I show up as a communicator too. I have emceed and represented SUSS across more than seven institutional events including Convocation, Career Fair, and an inter-university student dialogue at SIT. I am drawn to employee experience and engagement work where people strategy meets genuine human care. If that resonates with you, I would love to connect.
