- Regional counsel supporting the legal needs of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam and India. - Working directly with directors, founders and investor relations team for all legal matters for fundraising and M&A. - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, marketing partners and vendors (including logistics and software vendors). - Managing global IP and data protection matters for the group. - Advising on employment law issues for multiple jurisdictions - Overseeing global corporate secretarial portfolio and managing vendor relationships with legal service providers.
