In December 2023, launched the U.S Critical Projects division, leading its strategic direction and playing a hands-on role in securing numerous high-value clients. I took full ownership of key account delivery, ensuring exceptional service standards and building trust with major partners. A core part of my role involves traveling to the U.S. every six weeks to strengthen client relationships, engage directly with top-tier candidates, and represent the business at key industry events and conferences. Since its inception, the global division has grown to over 17 team members and continues to scale at pace, establishing itself as Thor’s highest-performing team company-wide. This success is driven by a strong focus on client delivery, market expertise, and a high-performance team culture.
Founded Thor’s Critical Projects European division in October 2022, taking full ownership of its launch, strategic direction, and growth across key European markets. Built and developed a high-performing team from the ground up, implementing training, operational processes, and a results-driven culture. Successfully secured major new business wins with high-profile clients, quickly establishing a strong market presence and laying the foundation for long-term expansion. Played a hands-on role in business development, client engagement, and team leadership to ensure sustainable success in a competitive sector.
Managed Thor’s Infrastructure and Buildings department across Scandinavia, overseeing a team of 16 including three country managers and 13 recruitment consultants. Focused on the development and performance of consultants through training and mentorship, while supporting country managers in aligning team goals with business objectives. Maintained strong client relationships across the region, ensuring partner welfare and satisfaction. Regularly travelled to project sites and client offices, engaging in business development meetings and identifying new growth opportunities.
