Hey, I’m Joshua ! I’m a 𝙲𝚕𝚘𝚞𝚍 & 𝙿𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚖 𝙰𝚛𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚝𝚎𝚌𝚝 who builds the technical foundations startups need to scale. I specialize in bridging the gap between deep infrastructure and product strategy, turning complex technical challenges into clean, production-grade ecosystems. Over the past few years, I’ve transitioned from hands-on DevOps execution to 𝙵𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝙻𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙, focusing on high-level architecture, technical governance, and scaling systems for 100k+ users. What I’m currently driving: 𝐲𝐨𝐫𝐞.𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞: As the Founding Technical Lead, I lead the technical strategy and cloud infrastructure for this healthcare platform. I serve as the primary technical authority, overseeing end-to-end governance and ensuring our cloud environment remains stable and scalable as we evolve from a core product at ADS into a mature ecosystem. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞.𝐬𝐡: As a Founding Engineer, I work side-by-side with the founder to scale our EdTech platform to 100k+ active members. I manage the full platform lifecycle, bridging the gap between platform operations and product roadmap to ensure our growth is backed by reliable architecture. 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐫: A contributor to this open-source K8s-native tool, originally architected as an internal solution for lab orchestration and environments. I focused on the CLI and developer experience, helping teams manage ephemeral environments with GitOps-style reproducibility. Technical Toolkit: 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 & 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker. 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞: Terraform. 𝐂𝐈/𝐂𝐃: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prometheus, CloudWatch, Grafana, Kiali 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Ansible 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐡: Istio 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤: Python, Go, Rust, Node.js (Next.js/Nest.js), TypeScript. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB. I believe in building systems that just work so the product can grow without friction. When I’m not scaling clusters, I’m usually writing poetry or exploring the next big shift in tech. 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁: [email protected] 𝐆𝐢𝐭𝐇𝐮𝐛: https://github.com/joshuasequeira19
Forkspacer is a Kubernetes-native tool for orchestrating and managing workspaces with modular environments and automation hooks. A cloud-native Kubernetes operator for dynamic workspace lifecycle management, enabling teams to create, fork, hibernate, and manage ephemeral development environments at scale.
Joined as the first core contributor and transitioned into the founding team, working side-by-side with the founder, Alex to evolve the platform from its earliest stages. My role is centered on bridging the gap between deep engineering and the actual user experience, driving the product roadmap and engagement strategy while ensuring our infrastructure remains stable as we scale past 100k+ members. I manage the full lifecycle of the platform, from architectural support and feature development to marketing funnels and direct user feedback, serving as the technical and product anchor the team relies on to turn high-level strategy into a mature, high-traffic ecosystem.
