Josh specialises in the resources industry specifically Mining, Oil & Gas and the associated Infrastructure sectors. Josh has experience leading large teams and supporting CFO's and finance executives with key projects, finance transformation, due diligence and technical accounting.
- Lead and project manage ASX listed external audits - Provide support to CFO's and finance executives with key projects, financial due diligence, financial controls and technical accounting - Provide timely and meaningful reporting to executive management and Audit Committee - Understanding financial controls and processes and provide effective and relevant recommendations - Provide clear and commercial advice on the technical application of IFRS and preparation of financial statements
- Lead and project managed buy and sell side financial due diligence engagements across resources, retail and transportation industries - Advised Executive management on sell side transactions encompassing vendor due diligence, financial modelling, accounting structuring and post deal separation considerations - Advised corporates and private equity on buy side transactions encompassing financial due diligence, post deal integration and accounting structuring.
