Senior Solution Architect by title, professional problem-solver by habit, and part-time dad-joke enthusiast by calling. I help customers make sense of complex infrastructure, design scalable solutions that actually work, and bridge the gap between technical depth and business value—without falling into the "just trust us, it scales" sales trap. Yes, I'm technically in sales now... but don’t worry, I still sleep at night. My background spans federal projects, enterprise networks, and military operations, so I know how to operate in high-stakes environments where “winging it” isn’t an option. I’ve been in the trenches—writing scripts, leading migrations, calming down servers (and humans), and cleaning up so many IT messes, I should really add ‘janitor with a clearance’ to my résumé. Now, I use that experience to guide customers through architectural decisions, advocate for real solutions (not just what’s shiny), and make sure every stakeholder walks away feeling heard—and ideally, a little smarter. If you’re looking for someone who: - Explains complex things without sounding like a textbook, - Knows the tech and how to talk to humans, - And can drop a clean pun while diagramming your network architecture… Let's talk.
• Network Redesign and Implementation: Spearheaded the redesign and implementation of the NMCI network's DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management systems, enhancing reliability and scalability across 1,581 sites and supporting over 370,000 end users. • Project Management: Oversaw the deployment and optimization of 170 Infoblox devices, managing a project budget exceeding $8 million, and ensuring efficient utilization and operational readiness. Standardization and Documentation: Authored and standardized crucial Engineering Implementation Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, test cases, and operational guidelines, facilitating collaboration among multiple key stakeholders. • Migration Planning: Designed and executed a detailed migration plan to transition DNS and DHCP services from Windows Server 2012 to Infoblox NIOS 8.6, minimizing potential downtime and service disruption through extensive lab testing and data conversion. • Customer Support and Problem-Solving: Resolved complex customer issues promptly, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and communication skills while maintaining high service standards and ensuring client satisfaction. • Sales Collaboration and Business Growth: Collaborated with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities, providing technical expertise to support customer engagements and drive business growth. Actively participated in architecture discussions and provided strategic insights to enhance product offerings.
