Supporting the Government Procurement Function Office (GPFO)'s Strategy Planning & Development team in advancing the professionalisation and future-readiness of Singapore’s Whole-of-Government procurement ecosystem through AI-driven knowledge transformation. • Audited Procurement Portal content against live Instruction Manuals and policy documents to identify misalignment, redundancies, and opportunities for streamlined resources. • Applied AI tools to classify and synthesise large volumes of textual and diagrammatic materials, surfacing guides, checklists, and playbooks for development into officer-facing job aids. • Recommended content organisation and information architecture for the new portal to improve usability for public officers across all ministries. • Deployed a custom AI assistant to analyse legacy forum datasets, extracting structured insights on recurring procurement pain points and clarification trends.
Overall Performance & Conduct: Outstanding - Liaised with Officers and Security Troopers in the Air Power Generation Command (APGC) Force Protection Squadron to provide protection against both conventional and asymmetrical threats to sustain air operations, and ground defence of all launch and recovery platforms. It is also responsible for airbase security operations. - Managed a team of over 20 Security Troopers to sustain multiple guard posts across Tengah Airbase, including manpower planning and ensuring security standards

- Created and managed UOB FinLab’s social media content on LinkedIn and Facebook through original content creation with Adobe Creative Suite and by liaising with a social media agency - Developed and maintained social media calendar from March to August 2023 and optimised content to best promote programmes, digitalisation resources, sustainability efforts, and our regional partners. - Built content for the UOB FinLab website (https://thefinlab.com/) using Wordpress and liaised with a website design agency to design a new UOB FinLab community website (https://community.thefinlab.com/) to house an online learning course for SME owners - Planning and executed UOB FinLab programmes across Singapore and the greater ASEAN region. In Singapore, I supported the Acceleration Programme for the Arts 2023 held in collaboration with the National Arts Council and the Sustainability Innovation Programme 2023.
