Assuming the role of the Membership Director, These are the goals I have set and have achieved during the term The District Membership Board is tasked bridging and connecting Interactors, Rotaractors, and Rotarians and form unbreakable bonds! The Membership Boards dives into 3 key areas which are the 3 Rs, Retention, Recruitment and Reconnection. Retention – The District Membership Board looks to align themselves to the main goal of the term which is being the bridge for Rotaractors. We aim to show Institutional Rotaract Clubs that their journey doesn’t end there and that it can continue in Community Base Clubs. As for other Rotaractors, we aim to ensure continuity in their journey. In the world of Interactors, we aim to ensure outreach to them to ease their transition and provide Rotaract with a continuous inflow of members while growing our Rotaract community. Recruitment – The District Membership Board aims to ensure continuous supply of Rotaractors in clubs throughout our district. This will be done through various methods such as educating clubs on how to carry out recruitment drives, how to captivate individuals through exciting projects and how to ensure Fellowship is continuously evolving with the times. Reconnection – Rotaractors often get disconnect from each other. The District Membership Board aim to create the opportunity of meeting Rotaractors through the entire District. We want to ensure every Rotaractor walks away with an understanding or positive relationship between each other and every Rotaractor. Our Expectations we look to achieve by the end of the term are to have a strong representation of Rotaractors at every District 3300 event through numbers, support and popularity amongst other community base clubs.
