Most recently I’ve been working as a Flexographic Production Supervisor. I’m easy going and love to better those around me. Im very good at teaching and showing how to operate and troubleshoot through the experiences in which I've been through. I'm experienced in expanded gamut, multi-color solvent based inks. I do have experience with water based inks, coating and lamination as well. As well as slitting, finishing and rewinding. I've worked on many types of presses within my 18 years in the industry and worked well with many different people. I love Art, Music, Sports and My Family. I have no problems with having an audience. Im an excellent communicator, and just as good at listening. I am an efficient self starter who generally needs no motivation to get things done. My best quality is probably my ability to get along with pretty much everyone. My worst quality is expecting everyone to work as safely and productively as I do. There isn't much I have not done.
