With experience ranging from managing operations at a sports complex to serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach for Chicago State University’s Women’s Basketball team, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to lead, inspire, and optimize performance—on and off the court. My role as CEO of Bigger Than Ball Training has allowed me to train and mentor athletes at every level, including NBA professionals, while building a brand that emphasizes discipline, character, and long-term growth.
