From February 2019 to March 2020 sold and delivered average of 15 vehicles per month with 42% aftermarket product penetration. 1 of 2 leads managers with advanced CRM training tasked with responding to customers’ inquiries. Completed Sun Auto Group Automotive Advisor Training which consisted of the sales method, product knowledge, customer service training, and CRM system training.
Researched and collaborated with peer institutions to identify best practices and strategies for young alumni engagement. Collaborated with Advancement Liaison from Communications Office to redesign marketing materials aimed at young alumni. Attended regional alumni gatherings as a representative for the Alumnae/Alumni Engagement Team to foster close ties between the alumni and the institution.
Implemented an improved data reporting process for all stewardship activities of the phone-a-thon. Reported, tracked, and analyzed daily phone-a-thon data and provided regular updates to the Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Assisted in the training of 5 new Alumni Engagement Interns. And oversaw 15 student callers. Conducted 544 total calls resulting in a pledge rate of 60.31% (Wabash Average of 44%). Secured 38 pledges with an average pledge of $124.34 (Wabash Average of $100).
Advised students on career plans and coached them on resume and cover letter writing. Posted career and event information on career center’s 'WabashWorks' platform. Identified, planned and executed individual office projects.
Completed a 6-day certification program working with a 4-person group. Acquired efficiency in business presentation and Excel while applying the principles of business. Received certification after completing a collaborative case study project presented at the end of the program.
Analyzed fuel reports to ensure standard compliance and leading to a decrease in fuel cost for company trucks. Performed yard checks twice a day for inventory purposes. Dispatched trucks and coordinated trucking routes for drivers.
