I’m an IT Support Professional with a BSc in Computing & IT and experience supporting users within an MSP environment. Within my role at Bleckfield Limited as First Line Support I work primarily with Microsoft 365, user account administration and day-to-day technical issues as well as occasional networking problems. I enjoy the challenge of learning new technologies and troubleshooting complex issues. My time at Bleckfield has taught me about the importance of a “Security First” approach to IT infrastructure ensuring that systems are secure and resilient to threats.
