Working as a Project Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the automation field, excellent knowledge in assembling handlers, 2D and 3D AutoCad designing, and machine installation, emphasizing technical aspects in handling various tools and equipment for on-site repairs and mechanical root cause analysis. Provide strong technical support from experience on completed Semiconductor machines such as handlers, testers and fabrication, improving features, and overseas projects. Close years in current company, more on to machine improvement (Kaizen) on reducing rejects, dropping part that help increase yield rate, converting two-step process into direct production and machine-related reject / deform root cause analysis. Besides, currently as role assistant manager also the Acting Head of Department for Production, involves more in Machine Capacity vs Manpower Analyses, ISO management representative, Production Report Analyses, Production Machines Breakdown Analyses, and implementation of new controls for Production Quality improvement.
