I’m an experienced payroll professional with over five years in international payroll, where I’ve developed a strong understanding of compliance, data accuracy, and process improvement across multiple jurisdictions. Alongside this, I hold a Law degree from the University of Kent, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and attention to detail — skills I apply daily when solving complex payroll and data challenges. I enjoy using technology to streamline workflows and uncover insights. My experience includes developing Excel VBA tools to automate reporting and enhance data accuracy, as well as ongoing training in people analytics to better understand how workforce data can drive strategic decision-making. I’m always looking to build on my technical and analytical skills, whether through exploring new payroll technologies, learning more about data-driven HR, or collaborating on projects that connect people, process, and technology.

Member of a 3-person team in charge of collaborating with local payroll bureaus in 13 countries around the EU in order to quickly and accurately process the payrolls of over 600 employees. Experience of processing employees with complex pay structures including stock releases, bonus plans and commissions. This role has taught me a great deal about financial concepts such as pensions, insurances and taxation. Full responsibility for dealing with the payroll bureaus of 9 commercial entities. Working closely with 8 different and independent payroll bureaus enabled me to develop my skills in inter-personal relationships and the ability to manage those relationships to achieve common goals. After 1 year, my responsibilities were expanded with the additional task of calculating commissions for all EMEA sales staff. This enhanced my understanding of financial calculations and gave me an insight into how companies use financial incentives to drive commercial performance.
