Leadership didn’t come naturally to me — it was a skill I had to earn through experience, reflection, and growth. Early in my career, especially during my military service, I faced the tough realization that I lacked the tools to guide others effectively. But that challenge became my catalyst. It inspired me to not only grow as a leader but also to embrace a mindset of innovation and collaboration, building systems and programs that empower others to thrive. Over the past decade, I’ve transformed those early lessons into strengths. I’ve developed an ability to connect with people and guide teams while adapting to the ever-changing landscape of healthcare and education. As a Radiologic Technologist with a specialization in Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), I’ve sharpened my leadership skills through teamwork, healthcare technology, and patient-centered care. One of my proudest achievements is driving educational programs to evolve with the times. I’ve led the development of learning programs designed to meet the unique challenges of modern healthcare, blending cutting-edge technology with human-centered teaching approaches. Through these efforts, I’ve not only fostered growth in others but also grown and been inspired by their successes. My academic foundation—a BS in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Management—has equipped me with tools to reimagine leadership and education. I’m driven by a passion for continuous improvement and by a belief that innovation thrives in collaboration. If you’ve experienced moments of triumph or challenge in leadership, I’d love to hear your story. Let’s connect, exchange ideas, and inspire each other to lead with purpose and vision.
