I am a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Fitter with a Certificate III in Mechanical Fitting and Turning. Up until recently I was employed at Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, where I worked as part of the maintenance team to provide an effective and reliable breakdown service on the bottling line. Prior to that I was employed at Rio Tinto Aluminium Yarwun where I learned my trade, first working as an Apprentice and later as a Maintenance Fitter and Turner. Throughout my career I have completed numerous professional courses to keep up to date with changing technologies and methodologies. I am passionate about solving mechanical problems to maximize productivity and efficiency and reduce downtime. In November 2016 I am relocating from Australia to the USA. I am therefore seeking employment to commence in January 2017. I am in possession of a Green Card and can confirm that I am able to work in the USA. At Tasman Warajay my job was to construct conveyor belts and transfer towers for coal and iron ore
During this time I was employed as a laborer, and it was my job to change bag filters at various power plants, alumina plants and concrete factories across Gladstone.
