Remotely supported all computer systems in Washington State for Everi Games. • Collaborated with Washington State Gambling Commission (WSGC), Tribal agencies, competitors, vendors, and internal company departments to provide a legal and secure gambling environment. • Maintained four 9’s worth of service uptime for 28 remote and closed-circuit sites. • 24/7 Availability for emergency remediation of critical infrastructure failures, including travel. • Oversaw activities in all project phases, including discovery, design, build, test, deploy, maintenance, removal, and termination of “Gen4” and “MLINK” systems. • Worked with field technicians to identify, document, and recommend appropriate infrastructure changes to improve performance, reliability, and availability. • Created, tested, documented, and implemented a WSGC compliant client security baseline for the TournEvent tournament system using IPSec, Cisco ASA Firewalls, and Group Policy. • Increased company reputation by investigating and remediating problematic code in the field (SQL/VB.NET). • Created log collection software using VB.NET, XML, and the Windows Registry to reduce time to collect logs from closed-circuit systems by 75%.
