Studying a Bachelor of Sport and Active Recreation at Flinders University, with interests in the fields of player development, operations management, community engagement and coaching development. Also an Educator at Trinity College Gawler, working with children ranging from the ages of 4-12.
- Actively supervise children at a 1:15 educator to child ratio - Admin tasks such as managing casual bookings for before and/or after school care, communicating with parents via the school program “Schoolbox” about upcoming events and reminders on when certain actions/payments are needed. - Managing Medication documents, action plans and medication for over 50 students - Creating and implementing policies and procedures to a staff list of over 30 - Creating quality area handbooks and following the education standard boards requirements for our service and ensuring we are following these standards - Adding in yearly bookings for over 120 families through Microsoft forms and XAP program - Completing a Quality Improvement Plan which was assessed by ACECQA during our 2024 Service Review. - Supervising up to 15 staff during before school, after school and vacation care sessions. - Working closely with children with ADHD, Autism, Behavioral Issues, Vision and Hearing Impairments and Wheelchair-Bound.
- Overseeing recreational activities such as skating, basketball, indoor hockey and birthday parties - Working in a kiosk preparing hot food, making platters for birthday parties, serving customers - Performing first aid when required to injured members of the public
- Managing the flow of products and stock through the warehouse such as distributing bulk orders from brands such as Nike, Adidas etc. to more than 15 stores around the state - Deliveries to shopping centres and stores - Heavy lifting and fast paced production - Driving vans and small trucks
