Coaching students 1-to-1, targeting weaknesses in examination technique and gaps in knowledge. Well-versed in the English KS3 National Curriculum in Mathematics and Science; GCSE syllabi in Mathematics, Science and Economics; GCE A Level syllabi in Economics, Chemistry and Biology A.
Facilitation the BIMA Team throughout the year with event finances and sponsorship. Managed to maintain and secure new partnerships, whilst delivering the first full year of in person events.
Overall responsibility for the Networking and Careers stream at BIMA in the academic year 2021-22. Overseeing the launch of our annual mentorship scheme, careers talks, university representatives network and the launch of our doctor's wing.
Designed and implemented a national mentorship scheme between pre-clinical and clinical medical students, providing a platform for personal and academic development with over 120 students taking part in the first 6 month cycle. Gained a new understanding of the demands of launching a new platform, as well as the needs of medical students across the country that are not currently met via university channels.
Aiding in the development of the sales and marketing pipeline for OSCER in the UK, with a particular focus on pre-sales and lead generation for partnerships with UK medical schools and student organisations.
