- Lead and support a range of small to large projects across the People team, from tool implementation to process redesign. - Designed, built, and now maintain a Jira Service Project that enables 8 internal and external teams (People, Payroll, etc.) to support ~5,000 employees efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help launch, maintain, and expand Workday (HRIS) across 20+ global entities. - Implemented and now manage Workato to automate key People processes, significantly improving speed and accuracy in day-to-day operations. - Regularly design and maintain data boards (e.g., payroll dashboards) to support business-critical operations like payroll relaunches and onboarding.
- Owned the full employee lifecycle for designated departments within a global team supporting ~5,000 employees β including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, internal hiring processes, and payroll coordination. - Ensured compliance with labour laws and internal policies while maintaining smooth, consistent HR operations. - Closely collaborated with People Partners, payroll providers, and legal teams to support cross-functional operations. - Led the operational side of the companyβs first expansion into Italy β sourced legal and payroll partners, learned Italian labour law, ensured compliant hiring and offboarding, and directly liaised between the local business, external partners, and internal teams.
- Worked closely with the two founders from day one, taking on a broad, hands-on role across operations, people, finance, and strategy. - Set up core business functions from scratch β including hiring processes, payroll coordination, internal IT setup, and accounting operations (until a Head of Accounting was hired). - Led the implementation of the HRIS system (Personio) independently, laying the foundation for scalable People operations. - Built early HR processes and ran recruitment before hiring and onboarding a dedicated People team. - Managed day-to-day operational needs β from sourcing office space and furniture to handling hardware procurement and IT administration. - Acted as the central point between the founders and all departments, helping align strategy with execution. - Supported the companyβs growth from 1 to ~50 employees, adapting to the changing needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
