As an instructor for a classroom of grade 3 - 8 children learning STEM skills, I constantly had to rapidly analyse and debug any technical problems or questions that would come up. Teaching coding, website-building, game-programming, robotics and circuitry in such an environment allowed me to test and deepen my familiarity with all those subjects.
Being part of an independent studio, every day saw a different C#, Unity or product-related problem that required its own bit of research to solve. Working as a small team also allowed me to experience and contribute to all levels of production.
Utilizing VBA in conjunction with my MS Office experience, I aided departments in optimizing, organizing and automating some of their processes. I also took on some of the responsibilities of an Insurance Adjuster, which had me manage communication with hundreds of clients, while still attending my other duties.
