Seattle, Washington, United States
I have been an educator for 15 years -- teaching high school theatre and English in California and Washington, in both public and private schools. I have a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy from UW, and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an Administrative Credential through the LEDE program at UW Bothell. I am currently acting as the dean of students and teaching theatre at Woodinville High School. I hope to expand my career as an educator beyond the classroom and into instructional leadership, policy creation, and reform implementation at the district, state or federal level. I am particularly interested in social justice, school welfare programs, and arts education.
