- Provided real-time technical support for dairy chemicals and chemical dispensing equipment over the phone, through email, and in-person (as necessary). - Project managed test farms, which included: equipment installation, dealership and end-user training on equipment operation/troubleshooting, and data collection and analysis. - Determined product requirements in conjunction with Engineering and communicated them to vendors to ensure equipment performed as expected and was compatible with other equipment, chemicals, and the environment on the dairy. - Prepared product manuals to ensure successful installation and operation of equipment. - Assisted Marketing and Sales with determining target markets to ensure our equipment and chemicals were utilized in a successful manner for our dealers and the dairies. - Prepared technical reports and presentations to assist Marketing’s business case for new product development go / no go decisions.
