I am writing to express my interest in the Quality Assurance Coordinator position at your company. My extensive experience in quality form expertise, new hire training, commercial client and Medicare part D training, and skills make me an ideal candidate for this role. I have been working as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Envision/ Elixir RxOptions since July 2011, where I have been responsible for maintaining rotation, supervisor, and new hire lists to ensure department monitoring accuracy. I have also completed and maintained needed reports regarding help desk statistics, CMS test calls, and client test calls. Additionally, I have helped create and maintain quality assurance team guidelines and updated quality assurance monitoring forms. I have also completed escalated call monitor requests in a timely manner for supervisors, grievance department, account managers, and clients. I have experience with Callrex and Genesys monitoring systems and have trained new Quality Assurance reps in department policies and procedures. Prior to my role as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, I worked as a Lead CSR (Help Desk) and CSR (Help Desk) where I trained new CSR's, helped create and maintain training manuals, completed prior authorization requests, and assisted supervisors in claims processing and escalated call issues. Before that, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Healthnet Pharmaceutical for 5 years, where I answered incoming calls relating to patients plans and medications, assisted pharmacists and supervisors in projects, and entered claim information to process prior authorizations. I hold a current pharmacy technician license in California and have 20+ years of experience in the field. I also have a general education high school diploma, a pharmacy technician degree from Institute of Technology Rancho Cordova, and am currently enrolled in Cosumnes River College pursuing a business major. My additional skills include computer experience, data entry experience, pharmacology/medication knowledge, supervisory/training experience, and inventory handling experience.
