• Performs transthoracic echocardiograms (TTEs), exercise stress TTEs, stress EKGs, carotid artery, abdominal aorta, lower venous, lower arterial, and renal artery duplex exams, and PVR/ABI exams. • Performs time-efficient, high-accuracy imaging protocols conforming to Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) standards to fully answer the clinical questions being asked. • Communicates effectively with patients, promotes their comfort, encourages active participation in their care, and respects their privacy. • Alerts reading cardiologists of serious cardiovascular abnormalities. • Creates digital preliminary reports, maintains logs of exams performed, and re-stocks supplies. • Organizes and maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work environment for patients and practice team members.
