• Helped develop the internal web application tooling used by agents to find end user information and search for resources to assist them. • Developed the front-end application in React/Typescript used to search assistance programs provided by insurance, government, or local organizations. • Worked on API's interfacing with other Scala services, AWS, and our front-end applications, some for ETL of program information.
• Primarily worked on communication between backend services, as well as on-site infrastructure such as gas pumps and POS systems. • Developed and supported infrastructure changes for services with multiple tenants, each needing their own custom environment, using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to automate deployments. • Integrated with payment providers and fraud detection services with our NodeJs GraphQL services.
• Worked on cross-functional teams as a technical lead to assist in the development of potential ventures or ideas from inception through to initial market release. • Rapid prototyping and testing of solutions to major business concerns and needs, primarily using React with Typescript, NodeJS, Cordova, and PostgreSQL • Brought products to a closed-beta state through the deciding of architecture, development of the front and back end, set up the CI/CD pipeline, assisting in data-analysis to iterate the product, and testing future product with users.
• Developing a C# and Angular2 based web application to further automate and provide a more intuitive UX to existing sale processes and helped oversee the application’s pilot launch. • Assisted in designing and architecting the multitenant web application, leveraging use of SignalR. • Actively involved in the change of the application’s roadmap and response to feedback from the pilot users • Building the front-end for a new site, as well as implementing the it into a CMS for non-technical employees to be able to edit and expand.
