Collaborated with DARPA, Gates Foundation, and a consortium of large pharma to develop an alternative yeast host for the production of therapeutic mAbs, proteins and vaccines; leveraged multi-omics techniques and built synthetic biology tools to deliver program objectives. Supported go-to-market strategy for a lab-grown startup, including at pitch competitions and incubator programs sponsored by MIT Sloan and MIT's The Engine.
Supported the development and validation of an implanted medical device containing stem cells to regulate blood glucose levels for the treatment of diabetes. Collaborated with internal BetaLogics project team.
Engineered and developed bacterial and mammalian master cell lines/banks to support preclinical development/CMC. Also supported the development of a half-life extension platform for recombinant protein and peptide therapeutics.
