Joseph Moser maintains a civil litigation practice, representing clients in Iowa’s state and federal courts. Joe’s practice focuses on trial work, primarily defending individuals and businesses in matters including, but not limited to, medical and professional malpractice, products and premises liability, wrongful death, serious personal injury, breach of contract, construction, employment, discrimination and sexual harassment, insurance coverage analysis and defense, workers’ compensation, and all nature of appeals. Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association. Joe serves on the Board of Governors for both the Iowa State Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Association. He has previously served as on the Polk County Bar Association Board of Directors as co-chair of the Social Committee.
