Oversight of urgent care facilities throughout Rochester and extended areas. Devise and implement optimal organizational structure to ensure efficient practice operations based upon available financial and personnel resources; recruit, hire and evaluate management staff; develop and implement standardized processes and systems for billing, patient service and data reporting; collaborate with RRH Leadership in strategic planning and implementation and to ensure compliance with RRH quality initiatives; promote continuous quality improvements; ensure optimal patient experience and promote ongoing patient satisfaction; ensure optimal financial performance. Analyze trust documents for legal, tax, administrative and investment issues and coordinate delivery of services; Make recommendations regarding how the Bank shall exercise discretionary powers it has as trustee; Oversee investment decisions, including working with investors to ensure that the trust's investment objective is appropriate for the needs of the trust and applicable fiduciary law and that the trust is invested in accordance with its investment guidelines; Work with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues; Perform account maintenance, account opening/closing, Investment Systems and Annual Reviews, and management of overdrafts; Address questions raised by beneficiaries, co-trustees and their advisors; Partner with client's other advisors (attorney, accountant); Develop, retain and deepen trust account relationships; Partner with Wealth Advisors with respect to the vetting and pricing of new trust business, including developing a full understanding of the purposes of the trust, the nature of JPMorgan's role, the risks inherent in the structure and underlying assets, and the client's expectations; Cross-selling of JPMorgan products/services; maintain and develop strategies for increasing business with current clients; Professional advisor cultivation; Assist in training and developing Trust Administrative Officers and Professionals, including performance management and feedback.
Counsel individuals and families on the many aspects of wealth and estate planning, including trust and estate administration, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation and succession planning for businesses.
Designing and implementing programs, content and resources for Trust and Estates attorneys to develop their practices. Areas of focus include marketing, client acquisition strategies, business development, creation of referral relationships, hiring and staffing needs, cash flow, business succession and more.
