Transitioned strategy into actionable equipment plans for OTP (Other Tobacco Products), covering OTP de-loading in an affiliate in Europe and load Third party manufacturers to produce PMI products. Managed stakeholders and resources, securing strategic and CAPEX approval for Europe affiliate OTP de-loading with tight TPM collaboration (following I&IM approach) Created several OTP de-loading scenarios to maximize headcount and improve budget, by avoiding up to $0.7M in OTP program CAPEX.
