My core responsibilities include the following: • Lead and manage project delivery as required. • Identify potential clients (especially government and government-linked) across practice areas, business development support including client engagement, proposal development and presentation etc. • Managing the day-to-day operations of the advisory division for the team, including supervising a team of consultants (minimum of 2 consultants at any given time). • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that the practice area team delivers high-quality service and advice. • Leading the project delivery team in conducting research, analysis, and assessment of various business issues, and providing advisory and recommendations based on findings. • Providing thought leadership and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues that may impact clients or the organization. • Collaborating with other departments and within the organisation, to ensure that the practice area team supports the overall strategic direction of the organisation. • Ensuring that the practice area team adheres to ethical and professional standards, and maintaining the reputation of the organisation.
My responsibilities include the following: • Managed integrity projects with corporate clients, state enterprises, GLCs, and government bodies to ensure delivery of projects to time, budget and quality • Managed project lifecycle through from initial client meetings to the final report • Conducted research and development of integrity tools, project methodology, products and solutions • Conducted trainings to local and international participants. • Managed client relationship, involving regular meetings and communication • Liaised with global chapters of Transparency International network • Attended domestic and overseas industry meetings and stakeholder briefings • Organised international and national conferences and seminars • Gave public talks to local audience on behalf of the company • Involved extensively in the initial set up of TI BIP Malaysia Sdn Bhd, including registration of company, establishment of internal policies, procedures and controls, and development of annual business plan and budget. • Responsible for developing new company website from initial concept to launch.
