• LV switching operations. • Issuing and cancelling LV Permits to Work (PTW) • Proving dead on LV electrical equipment. • Receiving and processing energisation requests. • Energisation and isolation of all electrical equipment including MSBs, ADPs, UPS, PDUs,CRAs and ATSs. • Assisting commissioning activities as required. • Carrying out LOTO procedures and following site-specific safe systems of work (SSOW). • Updating permit and isolation trackers daily. • Daily updates via Compass software; logging all documentation
Overseeing multiple systems throughout the shopping centre-HVAC, heating/cooling, recuperation, fire alarm, trace heating. Completing dead and live test procedures in the field and at distribution board. Attending daily coordination meetings with supervision of other companies. Liaising with tenant coordinators in dealing with shop managers, arranging works to be completed along with organising teams made up of multiple companies and overcoming language barriers. Fault finding, working a live matrix produced by the commissioning company, identifying any faults on the HVAC system. Organising teams, planning works ensuring a quick health and safety cautious job gets complete correctly. Giving detailed reports to Senior Engineers regarding overall progress and daily activities. Using my own initiative, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, working at a high standard to ensure work is completed to a professional level. Knowledge of permit to work systems. Adhering to all procedures, safe working practices and policies. Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to continuously improve product delivery.
